PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals by leave granted the order denying his motion to stay the proceedings or dismiss this divorce action filed by plaintiff. We reverse.

Plaintiff and defendant were married in 1980 and were residents of Okemos, Michigan, until 1993, when they moved to England. The parties had two children, William Charles Dart, born January 23, 1983, and Arianna Constance Dart, born November 12, 1985....
