The plaintiff, Jason Adam Ebarb, appeals from a trial court ruling granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Elaine Taylor Potter and Gwendolyn Taylor Roach, owners of property on which the plaintiff was injured. The trial court judgment was based upon a finding that the owners of rural, undeveloped property owed no duty to warn the trespassing plaintiff of a hole on the property.
