The plaintiff, Tammy Huguelet, appeals the Superior Court's (Gray, J.) order granting defendant Allstate Insurance Company's motion to dismiss. She argues that the court erred in ruling that her acceptance of a settlement check released the defendant from any and all claims against it. We vacate and remand.
