Appellant St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company ("St. Paul") appeals the denial of its motion for summary judgment and the grant of appellee Exxon Corporation's ("Exxon") motion for partial summary judgment. St. Paul contends that the district court erred in (1) its refusal to stay this action pending the outcome of underlying state court personal injury actions, (2) its grant of summary judgment in favor of Exxon on the attorney's fees...
