Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court's order granting defendants' motion for summary disposition. We affirm.

This case arises out of plaintiff's failed attempt to purchase an undeveloped tract of real property in Kent County. The property was owned by defendant Jeneane Parmenter and by Allen Parmenter,1 and was listed for sale by defendant Clint Maki, a real estate agent operating under the broker's license...
