This is a criminal case involving two complaints filed by the State of Nebraska against appellant, Thomas C. Jacques. Jacques petitioned for further review to determine whether the denial of a motion to discharge for failure to provide a speedy trial is a final, appealable order which must be appealed within 30 days pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. § 25-1912(1) (Cum.Supp.1994).
