CIACCIO, Judge.

Defendant, Howard L. Williams, was charged by bill of information with two counts of simple burglary, violations of La. R.S. 14:62. He pleaded not guilty. The trial court found probable cause and denied the defendant's motions to suppress the statement and evidence. After trial, a six-member jury found him guilty as charged on each count. The trial court sentenced defendant to serve six years at hard labor in the Department of Corrections on each count...
