This is an employment discrimination case. The plaintiff alleges that he was discriminated against upon the basis of disability and national origin. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant and dismissed the plaintiff's suit. The evidence is undisputed that, even with reasonable accommodation, the plaintiff was physically disabled from performing the particular job at issue.
