[¶ 1] Ann Townsend appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Delahanty, J.) vacating a jury verdict in her favor in a failure to warn products liability action against Chute Chemical Company. Townsend contends that the court erred in granting Chute's motion for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 50(b).
