We previously affirmed Terry Anderson's convictions for securities fraud, theft by a bailee, and forgery relating to his scheme where he sold partnership shares in IVC Rentals to various investors who were to receive the benefit of a tax shelter and interest ranging from eleven to twelve percent per year return on their investment. At the time the trial court imposed sentence, it deferred a determination of restitution until after the appeal was concluded...
