In February of 1983 a claim by the plaintiff-appellant, Hartwig Moss Insurance Agency, Ltd., against the defendants, Daniel, Kevin and Alice Kelly, (hereinafter referred to collectively as "the Kellys"), was reduced pursuant to a settlement "Agreement" to a consent judgment.
