The orders relate to an agreement ("the Agreement") between the debtor District 65 ("the Union") and the Appellant, New York Property Holding Corp. (the "Purchaser" or "NYPHC"), pursuant to which NYPHC was to purchase the premises at 13-25 Astor Place ("the Property").
