This is an appeal from a default judgment for $2,292,428.73 in a diversity case involving claims for breach of contract, guaranty, express warranty, implied warranty of merchantability, implied duty of fitness for particular purpose, negligent misrepresentation, fraudulent misrepresentation, conspiracy and replevin. The district court's jurisdiction was based on diversity of citizenship, 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(2), and we have jurisdiction...
