Kim Teters brought this negligence action against Scottsbluff Public Schools (SPS) and Kiwanis Club of Scottsbluff (Kiwanis) for injuries she sustained while serving as a parent volunteer at an SPS sponsored educational and recreational program at Camp Kiwanis in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
