(Kim's), appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Wausau General Insurance Company (Wausau), and denying Kim's cross-motion for summary judgment. Wausau sued Kim's to collect premiums allegedly due under two workers' compensation insurance policies issued to Kim's.
