Defendant-appellant Charles C. Hairston appeals from his conviction on two counts of corruption of a minor, R.C. 2907.04, contending that his convictions were both against the manifest weight of the evidence and also improper in that they are not lesser included offenses of the ones for which he was originally indicted, viz., rape and gross sexual imposition.
