Defendant-Appellant Ronald C. Wall, Jr. directly appeals his conviction for mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341. Wall's conviction arose out of a scheme whereby he arranged for the theft of his motor-boat and then filed a claim for the theft with his insurance company.
