Food Barn Stores, Inc., and Credit General Insurance Company (collectively referred to as Food Barn) appeal the decision of the Workers Compensation Board (Board) modifying Larry Watkins' workers compensation award. The Board reversed the decision of the administrative law judge (ALJ) and found that Watkins suffered from a work disability after he lost his job when Food Barn was sold.
