This appeal involves an inverse condemnation action1 for property appropriated for levee purposes in 1983. Plaintiff, Wynat Development Corporation, appeals from a trial court judgment in favor of defendant, the Board of Levee Commissioners for the Parish of Orleans, sustaining the defendant's exception of prescription and dismissing its suit. We affirm.
