This case comes before us for the second time. Initially, it was dismissed by the trial court on exceptions of prescription. On the previous appeal, another panel of this court affirmed that dismissal. The Supreme Court granted review, held that prescription had been suspended under the doctrine of contra non valentem, reversed the dismissal, and remanded for trial on the merits.
