By judgment dated April 12, 1995, this court decided the Dotys' claim against the United States and ordered payment of the judgment of $99,841.96 "with interest in accordance with law." The case was returned to the Court of Federal Claims for calculation of interest. On remand the government argued that there was no entitlement to prejudgment interest, and the Court of Federal Claims agreed.1...
