Plaintiffs-appellants and cross-appellees, Donald and Carole Pretty ("Pretty"), and defendant-appellee and cross-appellant, Group Health Associates ("GHA"), appeal from the judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding GHA liable to Pretty for medical malpractice.
