On June 17, 1992 the parties herein were involved in an automobile accident when the automobile operated by appellee Anthony Anzevino struck the automobile owned by Donna Weimer, appellant herein, but operated by her husband, Larry Weimer. The parties settled the Weimers' personal injury claim against appellee. The case at bar involves only the property damage to the Weimers' automobile.
