HUSPENI, Judge.

Respondent, the holder of an agricultural production input lien on cattle, brought an action seeking to receive the proceeds of the sale of the cattle. Appellant, a lender who had a prior-in-time mortgage lien on the cattle and had responded to notification of the agricultural production input lien by refusing to commit any of the amount in the notification, intervened.
