The parties to this action were formerly husband and wife who were divorced in the state of Georgia on December 16, 1992. Pursuant to the parties' agreement, they were granted joint custody of their daughter, Amber Nicole Routh, age two, with the wife being "designated as the primary physical custodian of Amber."
