Defendant Stewart Christian, in his capacity as personal representative of the estate of Elmo C. Kuhns, and intervening defendant-counterplaintiff Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Company appeal as of right the trial court's judgment for plaintiff Hope Land Mineral Corporation in this action to quiet title in underground natural gas storage rights. We affirm.
