After a bench trial, the defendant, David Fulton, was found guilty of possession of cocaine and sentenced to three years probation and six months in prison. Police discovered the cocaine after entering the defendant's car following his arrest for driving without a license. The defendant contends, among other things, that the trial judge erred in denying his motion to reconsider...
