On October 30, 1995, following the conclusion of the 341(a) meeting, the chapter 72 trustee filed an "Objection to the Two Individual Retirement Accounts Claimed as Exempt by Debtor; and Request for Order Authorizing Objection to Proceed as a Contested Matter" (the "objection"). In response the debtor filed a motion to deny the objection claiming that the trustee's objection did not conform...
