I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Edward M. Wolkowitz, the chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, has brought this action against Soll, Rowe, Price, Raffel & Browne, Inc. ("Soll Rowe") to set aside a $50,000 transfer that Soll Rowe received from debtor Jonathan Fink nine months before this bankruptcy case was filed.
