William W. Harlin appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for conversion of his sentences filed pursuant to K.S.A. 21-4724(d)(1).

On July 20, 1994, the Department of Corrections (DOC) issued a sentencing guidelines report which concluded Harlin was ineligible for conversion of his sentences.
