PER CURIAM:

This is an action for separate maintenance and support filed by Patricia Blejski (wife). The parties entered into a settlement agreement which was incorporated into an order of the court. James Blejski (husband) appeals from an order of the trial court which nullified the settlement order and granted a new trial de novo on all issues. We reverse.1
