Plaintiff, Rick Lockwood (Lockwood), appeals from the order of the circuit court dismissing with prejudice his second-amended complaint. On behalf of himself and other similarly situated options investors, Lockwood sued defendant, Standard & Poor's Corporation (Standard & Poor's), for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
