FRIEDMAN, Circuit Judge.

The United States District Court for the District of Minnesota2 denied the appellant Nguyen's motion to vacate his conviction and sentence following his guilty plea. Nguyen contended that his plea was involuntary. The district court denied the motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.
