[¶ 1] John Sullivan appeals from the judgments entered in the Superior Court (Somerset County, Marsano, J.) following a jury verdict finding him guilty on three counts of aggravated assault, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 208 (1983), and one count of reckless conduct with the use of a dangerous weapon, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 211 (1983).
