Evangeline M. Ford, individually, and as personal representative of the estate of Aaron D. Ford, appeals the grant of summary judgment to the South Carolina Department of Transportation and Robert and Mable O. Carroll in this wrongful death action. We affirm as to the Carrolls, but reverse and remand as to the Department of Transportation.
