THOMPSON v. STATE

No. 96-00358.

700 So.2d 92 (1997)

Reginald THOMPSON, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District.

October 1, 1997.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, Bartow, and Frank D.L. Winstead, Assistant Public Defender, Clearwater, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Johnny T. Salgado, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

NORTHCUTT, Judge.

Reginald Thompson raises four issues in this appeal, all of which concern the judgment and sentence and order of probation entered after he pleaded nolo contendere to possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver. We find merit in his arguments that costs of prosecution were improperly imposed and that the judgment and sentence contain a scrivener's error. We affirm his other points on appeal without discussion.
