On December 18, 1992, after a jury trial, Ernest "June" Hammon, Eric Porter, and Ronald Gray were convicted of aiding and abetting the involuntary manslaughter1 of Charles "Dino" Fisher.2 They argue on appeal that the trial court erred by declining to conduct an in camera inspection of "treatment center" records from Florida pertaining to the competency of a government juvenile witness...
