This is an appeal by Dickie F. Wimmer from a decision of the Circuit Court of Wyoming County denying him relief in a habeas corpus proceeding. Mr. Wimmer is presently confined in the West Virginia Penitentiary serving two life sentences for the murder of his son and his daughter, and in this proceeding he is claiming that he was denied effective assistance of counsel during his trial for the murder of his son...
