Appellant Ethanair Corporation brought this action against appellee Richard N. Thompson contending that he usurped a corporate opportunity through his private dealings. The district court for Lancaster County held that Ethanair could not bring this action because it was a dissolved corporation that had not been properly revived in accordance with statutory requirements.
