Rickey Jerome Rogers appeals his conviction and his sentence for two robberies in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). Rogers raises three points of error. He argues that: 1) an in-court identification was admitted in violation of his due process rights; 2) the evidence introduced at trial was insufficient to support his conviction on the first count; and 3) his sentence was based on an erroneous classification of him as a career offender...
