Todd Lange appeals an order of the circuit court affirming a decision of the Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC). In its decision, LIRC barred Lange from further recovery of worker's compensation benefits after he incurred a non-workrelated accident subsequent to a compensable workrelated accident, and rejected his claim for loss of earnings capacity benefits.
