SCHALLER, J.

The defendant, Ebony Casey, appeals1 from the judgment of conviction rendered after a conditional plea of nolo contendere made pursuant to General Statutes § 54-94a to the charges of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 and felony murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54c.2
