DeMOSS, Circuit Judge:

Appellants Dr. Loring Gifford1 and his employee Samarjeet Sidhu were each convicted of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and other criminal conduct relating to their practice of submitting false claims for medical services to various private insurers and government programs. Sidhu appeals both his convictions and his sentence. Gifford appeals only the district court's determination of his sentence. We affirm.
