The respondent was served with a petition containing eight charges of professional misconduct against him. The respondent did not submit an answer to the petition but appeared at the hearing before the Special Referee on October 1, 1996. The Special Referee sustained all eight charges. The Grievance Committee now moves to confirm the Special Referee's report. The respondent has neither cross-moved nor interposed...
