Jason Phillips appeals from a judgment of conviction for possession of THC (marijuana) as a repeat offender in violation of § 161.41(3r), STATS., 1993-94. Phillips contends that the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress his statements to police and the physical evidence obtained during a warrantless search.
