D.L. appeals the juvenile court's transfer of his case to superior court. When he was 16, D.L. allegedly shot a man in the stomach, an offense which, if he were an adult, would constitute aggravated assault. After D.L. turned 17 years old, the juvenile court entered an order closing his case without holding an adjudicatory hearing.
