The plaintiff, Bobhic Associates (Bobhic), appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendants in an action for breach of a lease. The principal issue in this appeal is whether the trial court correctly found that the plaintiffs case was fatally flawed because the plaintiff failed to present any evidence of an assignment of the lease.
