This matter is before us on the appeal of the husband, Brian Buckley, from the February 3, 1995, post-divorce judgments of the Probate and Family Court, modifying the parties' judgment of divorce nisi pursuant to G. L. c. 208, § 1B, entered on August 1, 1990. The modification judgments award the wife, Patricia Buckley, alimony and do not require her to pay child support.
