PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of three counts of having the knowledge that she was HIV positive and engaging in sexual penetration without informing her partner of her HIV status, M.C.L. § 333.5210; M.S.A. § 14.15(5210). Thereafter, defendant was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of two years and eight months to four years. She now appeals as of right. We affirm.
