Rosalie M. Pope petitioned this court for further review of the Nebraska Court of Appeals' decision terminating the alimony obligation of her former husband, Patrick E. Pope. Because we find that Patrick's decrease in income does not in this instance constitute good cause to justify modification or termination of his alimony payments, we reverse the decision of the Court of Appeals and remand the cause...
